Return and exchange policy

• Items are valid for exchange and return within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders (India) and 50 days for international orders. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost; doorstep pickup is not available.
• Made-to-order items are only valid for exchange and not return.
• Your replacement order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, after we receive the returned item.
• Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
• We request that you maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the ‘Asian In Me’ tags.
• Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• After the receipt of the item(s), your request for returns/exchanges will be processed.
• In the case of returns, it normally takes 7-10 business days to process a refund once the item(s) have been received.
